Originally from Orléans, France, where he was born, Maxime spent 15 years in the United Kingdom before moving to the United States in 2014. This international background shaped his interest in culture, language, and history. He holds a BA in History, an MA in Art History, a TESOL certificate from the American TESOL Institute, and a New York BPSS teaching license. Passionate about connecting global perspectives through language, he brings a thoughtful, interdisciplinary approach to the classroom. He speaks French fluently, can converse in Spanish and German, and is currently learning Japanese. When he’s not cooking or playing video games, he enjoys reading, listening to music, and sketching.
