Paula is a NY State-licensed TESOL instructor with over 15 years of experience and graduate degrees in English Methodology and Brazilian Culture. She is dedicated to helping students build confidence and refine their communication skills in an inclusive environment.

Susie brings over 20 years of global experience to her role as a licensed TESOL instructor. She holds a PhD in Education and creates supportive environments where students build the confidence to use English for real-world communication.

Jolin oversees campus operations, global outreach, and marketing at NYC Global Center. She holds a Master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University and supports students through meaningful learning and connection.
