Student ID Card

A student photo ID is issued to current NYC Global Center students. Student must fill out a student ID request form and upload your photo.

Students are notified when their ID is ready for pick-up from the office. Student IDs are useful for receiving student discounts at retail stores in the community and across the country.

Photo Requirements (MANDATORY):

  • Recent color photo (taken within the last 6 months).

  • Plain, light-colored background (e.g., white or light grey).

  • Full face view, eyes open, and clearly visible.

  • No sunglasses, hats, or other accessories that obscure the face (unless worn daily for religious reasons).

  • Must be a high-resolution, clear, and unedited image (JPEG or PNG format).
